Get in touch
Ready when you are.
Reaching out is often the hardest step. Whether you’re ready to book or would rather talk first, we’ve made both as easy as we can.

Palmetto Cares isn’t set up to respond to emergencies, and messages here may take up to 48 hours. If you or someone you love is in crisis — thinking about suicide, feeling unsafe, or facing a mental health emergency — please use one of these resources right now instead.

What to expect
Your first session.
First sessions run about fifty minutes and can be held over the phone or via secure video, depending on what works for you. There’s no long-term commitment — you and your therapist will decide together whether to continue afterward.
Insurance & payment
Coverage.
Palmetto Cares currently accepts Medicaid, First Sun EAP, and self-pay clients. If you have questions about coverage or payment, reach out and we’ll walk you through it.
If Palmetto Cares isn’t the right fit for what you’re looking for, we’re glad to help you find someone who is. Reaching out here doesn’t commit you to anything.
